It doesn't show it in the anime but in chapter 666 of the manga the cover art showed that Bon Kurei survived and was the new queen of Newkama land on level 5.5 of Impel down.
(I know the dub and lots of places in the sub call him Bon Clay, but it's actually Bon Kurei. The agents in Baroque Works are all paired up, Mr number and Miss holiday (or just day). Since Bon Kurei is an okama (which is what was actually said, not "oh come my way") he takes on the male and female roles, so he's Mr 2 Bon Kurei. Bon Kurei is a reference to Buddhist festivals to honor their ancestors).
